Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and JetTemplate ("JetTemplate," "we," "us," or "our"). They govern your access to https://jettemplate.com (the "Website") and to our digital template design platform and related services (together, the "Services"). By using the Website or the Services, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.
1. Our Services
JetTemplate gives you access to digital templates and to tools for designing and personalizing them. The Services include:
• Template design software, available by subscription.
• Tools that let you create, edit, and customize your own designs.
2. Your Account
Some features are available only to registered users. When you register, you agree to give us information that is accurate, complete, and up to date, and to keep it that way. Inaccurate or misleading information may lead us to suspend or close your account.
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for everything that happens under your account. We may suspend or close any account that breaches these Terms or is involved in fraudulent or unauthorized activity.
3. Subscriptions, Purchases, and Refunds
Our design software is provided on a subscription basis.
All payments are final. Subscription fees and digital purchases are non-refundable unless the charge resulted from an error on our side. This includes charges you did not notice because you forgot about an active subscription.
You can cancel your subscription whenever you like. Cancellation stops future charges, but no refund is given for the time remaining in the current billing period.
Some subscriptions start with a free trial. If you do not want to continue after the trial, you must cancel before it ends; otherwise you will be charged.
4. Content You Create
Our platform lets you create, upload, and edit designs. When you upload content, you give JetTemplate a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, adapt, distribute, and display it as needed to operate and provide the Services.
You also agree that we may feature your designs in our marketing and promotion, for example as examples on the Website, in advertising, and on our social media accounts.
5. Acceptable Use
When using the Services, you agree not to:
• Use them for any illegal purpose.
• Hack, modify, or reverse-engineer our software, or try to do so.
• Upload content that is obscene, defamatory, harmful, or that infringes anyone's rights.
• Access the Services through bots, scrapers, or other automated tools without our permission.
6. Intellectual Property
The Website and the Services, including our software, templates, and brand, are owned by JetTemplate or used by us under license.
You are responsible for making sure that anything you upload respects intellectual property rights, privacy laws, and our policies. This includes holding valid licenses for any fonts, graphics, or design elements you upload. JetTemplate is not liable for infringements caused by content that users upload.
We may remove any content that, in our sole judgment, breaks these Terms. Using our content in breach of these Terms may result in legal action.
7. Copyright Complaints (DMCA)
We respect the intellectual property of others and follow the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe material on the Website or in the Services infringes your copyright, please contact us with a takedown notice that includes:
• A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
• The URL or exact location of the material in question.
• Your name, address, phone number, and email address.
• A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized.
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you own the copyright or are authorized to act for the owner.
• Your physical or electronic signature.
8. No Warranties
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that the Services will be uninterrupted, free of errors, or suited to your particular needs. We are not responsible for any loss or damage that results from your use of the Services.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent the law allows, JetTemplate will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. In any case, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the Services during the six months before the claim.
10. Governing Law and Disputes
Any dispute related to these Terms will be settled by binding arbitration, except for claims that qualify for small claims court. You agree not to take part in any class action or class-wide arbitration.
11. Ending Your Use of the Services
We may suspend or end your access to the Services at any time, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Services and end your account whenever you choose.
12. Updates to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be published on this page with its "Last updated" date. By continuing to use the Services after a revision, you accept the updated Terms.
